I've had mine clipped to my belt loop for a week and honestly forgot it was there until I needed it. The clip holds tight through jeans and even stays put when I'm moving around at my desk.

Clipped it to my backpack strap this morning and haven't once reached into my pocket for the fidget cube since. The clip holds firm even when I'm walking fast, and the whole thing is light enough that I forget it's there until my hands start getting restless.
